Q: I am a new investor looking to invest in Houma and Thibodaux. I want to focus on residential properties right now, but I am open to anything that is a good deal. My strategy is to buy, fix, and sell. I want to be in and out of deals quickly, say within thirty days. I am looking for properties that are vacant, as is, and have had a price reduction. Using that criteria, I plan on making at least two offers a day. If you are a Realtor that is interested in working with new, but informed investor; please contact Ruben at rdfrye1@hotmail.com. Thank you!
