You can do running exercises on a daily basis to keep yourself fit and healthy so that you can enjoy your surfing as well. You can even get in touch with your trainer and ask if there are more cardiovascular exercises that you can do so that you do not get tired right after paddling and that your body too can enjoy surfing.

Stability exercises are the next thing you should remember while you are going for surfing. You need to remember that many a times large waves would hit you with a great impact and therefore your body has to withstand all that force and at the same time keep yourself stable on the surf board. Exercises like crunches and abs presses will be the best exercises you can do to give your body that core stability. You can even join some classes where they teach you more about surfing exercises and how they really benefit when you are enjoying and surfing in the sea.
